Reviews for Tian Tian Noodles
Review highlights
Based on 300 reviewsTian Tian Noodles has evolved from a traditional hotpot restaurant into a spot known for its authentic Chinese rice boxes and regional dishes, offering customers a variety of daily options to customize their meals. Common feedback highlights the genuine flavors and good value, with meals often including a small soup. While the dining environment is noted as more suitable for quick takeout rather than extended dining, the overall experience is appreciated for its reasonable pricing and diverse menu selections. Some customers mention a pricier portion size and specific tastes such as spicy and oily soups, which may appeal differently depending on preferences. The ordering process is digital, and service efficiency could be improved in some areas.
While Google still think this place is still Hot Pot Factory, and the Chinese name is still Noodles Everyday, but neither name reflects the menu of this place at this time. There is now a big sign on the window, stating they have a Chinese lunch box for $14. They now serve this all day, every day. They do have a couple of soup noodles left on the menu, as well as some stir fried pancakes. But their main thing is now the hot food bar. You select 3 hot dishes out of the hot food bar, and the nice lady ladles them over a big plate of rice for $14. We decided to try this out for lunch today, and this is probably the best deal in the Seattle area these days for authentic Chinese lunch plates at a low price. Their hot bar food selection changes daily, but some of the things we tried were good: Garlic sauce pork, family style Fried tofu, stewed pork belly, eggplants stir fried with minced pork. They had 4 vegetarian dishes out of the 21 hot dishes you can choose from. If you go in as they open though, some of the dishes will not be available as they are still preparing fresh. If you arrive about 40 minutes after they open, the bar should be pretty much full. They also have some cold food selections including Fu Chi Fei Pian, thin sliced pork esrs, and pork head cheese. For $10, you can choose 2 items from the cold bar, and you get a nice plate of those items as appetizers. If you are in the area, and hungry for some authentic chinese food, definitely worth a visit. Your taste buds and your budget will thank you.
They have some authentic regional Chinese dishes and appetizers that you cannot find elsewhere (brain, liver, blood). The soup was extra spicy and oily (pro or con depending on you). Ordering is all done through iPad. No sauce bar. Recommend the dragonfruit paste fish cake. A bit pricey for the portion size
The place is no longer a hotpot restaurant. Now they serve rice plates with your 3 choice of dishes. Good taste and good value, the meal comes with a small soup. I have always take out, there are a few banquette seats , but I don’t feel the set up is that dining friendly environment. Definitely a place to get a quick meal, and overall good price.
They serve lunch rice box where you get to pick three dishes from around 20 every day. Authentic Chinese cooking for sure.
Diverse range of food options for buffet, although you can order additional ones but the ones within the buffet are great enough to enjoy! I wish the speed of filling water and soup could be improved but overall decent experience and reasonable pricing.
Had the spare ribs pork and crab wonton. The spareibs was spot on, 10/10. The wonton was good but nothing too special. Their serving is good for at least 2 persons. The staff here are nice too. Very reasonable price.
Decent generic Chinese food, with a bent towards northern Chinese cuisine with a few common southern dishes thrown in (ex: mapo tofu). The mostly Chinese clientele is a good indication of the authenticity of the food. Minus one star for our eggplant tofu dish being slightly too salty. Their noodles are handpulled, and beautifully al dente. Friendly service.
